Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Airwaves, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Airwaves. All users are required to verify their age through our identity verification process. Users aged 16-17 are classified as minors and will only be matched with other verified minors. Users 18 and older will only be matched with other adults.
Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during the verification process
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Not share your account with others
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Airwaves only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share hate speech or discriminatory content
- Engage in sexually explicit conversations with minors
- Share illegal content or discuss illegal activities
- Attempt to identify or locate other users outside the app
- Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempt to circumvent our safety or security measures
- Misrepresent your age or identity
Community Safety
We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. Users can report harmful behavior through our in-app reporting system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines. Multiple reports against a user may result in automatic suspension pending review.
Subscriptions and Payments
Airwaves offers subscription plans:
- Free: Limited features
- Open ($5/month): Standard access
- Still ($16/month): Premium features
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
Intellectual Property
The Airwaves app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Airwaves is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airwaves and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airwaves from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Airwaves after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
